About me
I have spent more than 20 years on the court.
Tennis was introduced to our family by my grandfather, who, after graduating from the Academy of Physical Education in the 1950s in Warsaw as a teacher and coach of handball and volleyball, found a new passion – tennis.
And so tennis has been the central passion in our family for several decades. It all started with my grandfather, who passed it on to his children, then my father passed this passion on to me.
For about 10 years I played tennis in Poland and Europe as a player.
Today, as a coach, I conduct tennis and motor classes at all levels.
Also, as a coach, I travel to tournaments with players in Poland and Europe, supporting them in this path that I went through myself.

Coach Jan Cygowski and his coaches offer the best private tennis lessons in and around Warsaw. Our coaches have years of experience working with people of all levels and ages. They are committed to helping you reach your full potential on and off the court.
They offer individual as well as group training, for adults as well as children/youth. You’ll get personalized advice from our experienced coaches, so you can reach your full potential as a tennis player!
There is also the possibility of organizing gym classes for children in private kindergartens and schools.
